I love Life! As I am starting to write this little text, I don't know where to start to talk about me. Maybe should I start with my attraction for backlit landscapes when the sun is so low that it colors the sky with warm and sweet tones. Or I could talk about the “ligne 4”, the railway line that links Paris to Mulhouse and Switzerland. I have been living beside this line since I was a kid. Today, I can still see the last big diesel locomotives running there. I could also talk about steam locomotives. Their mechanics are giving me shivers every time I stay beside one of these monsters. Or maybe should I talk about the “Metropolitain”, the French name of the subway in Paris. It is a museum under the town where I like to walk for hours.
I am a free photographer. I'm taking pictures of subjects I like: the Railways and its human environment, the beautiful landscapes that nests the tracks... I want to use the pictures to share my passion and I think the Images & Trains Project is the right place to do it. On the technical side, my camera is a Canon EOS 40D. I am student in Geography, in The Bourgogne University, Dijon.
